Using one or more gypsum panels or even a commercial product, we can carry out a wide range of physical tests, in particular the standard international tests. These tests include flexural strength, impact resistance, shear strength, moisture deviation, gypsum core hardness, and several other tests. We can check the resistance to fire, thermal conductivity, moisture resistance. We can also examine the wet layer and dry layer to evaluate the performance between paper and core individually. We also analyze the microscopic size of the panel structure exclusively for the crystalline structure, distribution density of the panel.
Examples of these tests have greatly influenced the performance of the gypsum panel.
The structure of the gypsum panel is based on X-ray tomography
Comparing computer analysis with cross-cut dragging gives us useful results.
We have also focused on the chemical analysis of gypsum products to determine which additives in different quantities affect the quality of the gypsum panel and how to use it for competitive analysis and development. This can include glass fibers, refractory additives, water-resistant additives, hardening additives, adhesives (total use and type used), reinforcement additives, sprays or foaming agents.
